Inspired by our grandparents’ entrepreneurial spirit and the hardworking values passed down from our mother, Susana, we’ve set out to build something meaningful together as siblings. From the sweet beginnings of our pink dessert truck, Dolce Mini Cakes, to the flavorful creations we serve today, our journey is rooted in heritage and heart.
The name “Tarriko” blends “taco” and “rico,” capturing the delicious experience we hope you’ll savor in every bite. With colorful inspiration from Charro Days in Brownsville, Texas, and the warmth of our family legacy, we welcome you to join us—come celebrate our culture, enjoy our food, and be part of the Tarriko story.
